Community Yoga

4-week session of all levels, gentle flow yoga at the Durham Community Hall.

A gentle flow style meets you where you are, inviting mindful stretching and strengthening while cultivating a deep connection to your self and your well-being. Variations are offered to support you in finding what works best for your body.

Yoga Video Library

Deepen into your home practice with the support of Raina's yoga video library.

These all-levels yoga videos will empower you to tend to your body, mind, and spirit from the comfort of home. The videos are a combination of recordings from her live, online classes as well as other sequences that she's recorded. They range from 12-minutes to 75-minutes with all different themes, so you can choose the best fit for you each time. 40+ videos in the library. Videos are viewed on Vimeo with membership beginning on the first of each month. $25 (HST included).

Certified Yoga Instructor

Raina completed her first yoga teacher training in Hatha Vinyasa at Moksana Yoga Centre in Victoria, BC, in 2008. She is also a certified pre- and post-natal yoga instructor with doula training. In 2023, she completed a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Somatics certification with Collective Resilience Yoga.

With thousands of hours of teaching experience over 17 years, Raina has witnessed and embodied the power of a regular movement practice. She is honoured to walk alongside folks who are willing to show up for themselves—on and off the mat—through their healing and wellness journeys. Her spirit is sourced in community halls filled with deep breathing and the collective energy of taking care during these wild times.

Raina offers all-level, gentle flow yoga classes both in person and online, live and recorded. She also works one-on-one with individuals, groups and organizations through customized yoga sessions.
