Shipping policy

Our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.  Pieces are made to order. We only shipped within Canada from this online shop. The following applies to all ironwork:

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
• Your order will be sent via Chit Chats or Canada Post. We will be in touch with your tracking number once your package is on its way to you. This usually takes anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on your location
* If you are a local customer and prefer to pick up your purchase at our studio / shop, please be in touch BEFORE placing your order.  Thanks!  

Environmental Note: We use recycled packaging when we can. Also packages from Back Road Farm & Forge that are shipped within Canada do not always include an invoice in an effort to save paper.
