Returns Policy

At Back Road Farm & Forge, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

We do accept returns on select non-custom, ready-made items purchased through our online store, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original, undamaged condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, or packaging that provides equal protection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ironsforge@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are available only for eligible returned products that meet the criteria listed above.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any refund may be subject to a restocking or processing fee if applicable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item shows signs of use, installation, wear, modification, or damage not related to shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our ironwork. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

To file a damage claim, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage and packaging

Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for free replacement.

If a replacement is required, we will begin production as soon as we can after the claim is approved. For custom or forged-to-order items, please allow standard production lead times.
